We are dedicated to equipping, connecting, and elevating women who lead organizational, social, and technological transformation. Community Connection: Instant access to a private community platform and eight annual virtual networking sessions, including four featuring guest speakers.
Virtual Speaker Series: Our Architects of Change and Well-Led Life speaker series offers opportunities for members to connect virtually after hearing talks from experts. Talks are timely, engaging, and relevant.
Development & Wellbeing: Participation in peer-to-peer Action Learning Circles (ALCs) and four virtual wellbeing sessions per year with industry experts.
In-Person Engagement: Exclusive invitations to "Long Lunches" in our flagship city, Richmond, VA, providing opportunities for authentic local networking.
